Digital Transformation Strategy for a Legislative House

In this debate, moderated by Luís Kimaid (Bússola Tech), we gladly welcome Adrian Kelly (Mancotech), Catherine McCarthy (Oireachtas) and Patricia Almeida (Câmara dos Deputados do Brasil) to discuss the digital transformation project in the legislative.

The digital transformation in the legislative requires the development of broad strategic planning that considers both the technical requirements and also the construction of consensus amongst colleagues and MPs. It’s not unusual to see legislatures implementing outstanding digital tools in one moment, just to see it falling into disuse.
