Latin American Debate About the Digitalisation of the Legislative Process

Legislative Houses are the frontier for the public sector modernisation and digitalisation in the lawmaking process and the oversight of public policy implementation. To promote the changes required for a digital-ready legislature, civil servants must exert leadership in the process of change and also rely on the interparliamentary with other legislatures and the private sector.
