About the Forum
Bússola Tech is thrilled to announce the upcoming "LegisTech: The Americas - 2nd Edition" conference, scheduled to take place on April 13th and 14th at the Senado Federal in Brasília, Brazil. This landmark event, marking the first in-person gathering on legislative modernisation post-pandemic, is a critical part of our mission to facilitate dialogue and share experiences in legislative modernization and digital transformation within the Americas.
The conference will feature an array of insightful debates on a wide range of topics central to the modernization of legislatures. These include political leadership in legislative modernisation, governance of modernisation strategies, the implementation of open data strategies in parliaments, information architecture for the digital legislative process, and the role of women in leadership. Other key topics to be discussed are the modernisation of legislative drafting systems, development of members-friendly digital solutions, the use of artificial intelligence in the legislative, participatory tools in the legislative process, and best practices in ensuring accessibility during parliamentary digital transformation.
